Mitose
Quality Assistance continues to invest in its single site location in Donstiennes, Belgium.
The Mitose project replicates our DNA growing from 6,000 m² to 12,000 m² in 2025.
This 4th expansion will allow Quality Assistance to increase its operational capacity and to pursue ambitious objectives related to the development and training of its team members in terms of pharmaceutical, regulatory, scientific and analytical expertise in order to always better support its clients.

Quality Assistance
Ten years after its founding in 1982, Quality Assistance moved to Donstiennes, Belgium, into a 1,200 m² facility housing 11 team members.
Three important development phases then followed:
- 2002: 3,200 m² (60 team members)
- 2008: 5,200 m² (97 team members)
- 2016-2018: Acquisition of 6 hectares adjacent to the existing building

Quality Assistance goes further with the training and development of its talent!
Within our new infrastructure, the Knowledge Management Programme and its « Quality Assistance Pharma Academy » tool will allow us to implement an ambitious plan related to the development and training of our team members in terms of pharmaceutical, regulatory, scientific and analytical expertise in order to always better support our clients.

Our employees will benefit from a multifunctional amphitheatre, a large capacity cafeteria and furnished outdoor spaces, as well as a catering service.
A one-hectare landscaped park
with an outdoor multisports area and a fitness trail for walking, running, exercising, recharging your battery, etc.
Additional parking spaces
60 new electric charging stations will be installed in addition to the 7 existing stations.
An indoor/outdoor sports centre
Outside, our employees will enjoy two new spaces where they will be able to take advantage of a multisports ground and a terrace equipped for group lessons.
Inside, they will be able to work out individually on muscular and cardiovascular equipment and also participate in group training sessions (functional training, Pilates, stretching, etc.).

This new expansion project pursues objectives related to strategic positioning and capacity increase in order to meet the concrete and growing needs of the pharmaceutical sector, in terms of expertise and support. With a total budget of 20 million euros, we are not only investing in a building but resolutely in our value proposition and our commitment to public health. This new infrastructure, along with the Knowledge Management programme and Quality Assistance Pharma Academy, will allow us to implement an ambitious plan related to the development and training of our employees in pharmaceutical, regulatory, scientific and analytical matters in order to always better support our clients.

This expansion project will allow us to grow our talent, currently numbering 250 team members, to a total capacity of 350 and to dedicate 3,000 m² to the training, the development of their business as well as interpersonal skills, and the well-being of our team. At the same time, we are increasing our operational capacities by 50% in order to meet the growing demand of our clients and to continue to develop our expertise and services dedicated to more emerging markets such as messenger RNA, products of cell and gene therapies, and viral vectors.”

Mitose will make available an infrastructure outside of the operational scope that will allow us more flexibility to structure training using modern tools in parallel with a Knowledge Management approach. Not to mention new areas for team members to exchange their views, to relax, or to exercise their athletic genes! Certainly a great project ahead!
